Cooking
Softened butter to pound with 120g of sugar
One by one enter the eggs while mixing, add a pinch of salt.
Add flour mixed with baking powder, stir the batter and divide into two parts.
Mac pour boiling water, let stand, drain the water and grind in a coffee grinder and a mortar with 10 g (1 tsp) of sugar. Add one half of the dough.
