Muffins
Soft and crumbly muffins with chocolate cream and dried fruit, hazelnuts. I don't know why, but the design and taste I wanted to call this recipe exactly. I recommend to try.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Dried fruits

    100 g

  • Hazelnuts

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Oat flakes

    0.5 cup

  • Olive oil

    80 ml

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Yogurt

    3 Tbsp

  • Coconut shavings

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Chocolate milk

    40 g

  • Butter

    60 g

Cooking

Make the dough. Mix the flour with ground oatmeal, baking powder.

Any dried fruits cut into small pieces, a little grind hazelnuts and add to the flour.

Whisk egg with olive oil and sugar. Add the yogurt and stir.

Add the flour with the dried fruit and stir.

Pour the batter over the cups, filling them 2/3 part.

Sent to be baked at a temperature of 200 degrees in the oven. Willingness to check with a dry match. Muffins fully cool.

Prepare the cream. Melt in a water bath chocolate and whip it with butter. Put in the cold. Then again to beat until the cream kept the form. Cool.

Using a pastry syringe to decorate the muffins.
