Lemon cookies
Delicate, delicious, crumbly biscuits, melting in the mouth.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    110 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    250 g

Lemon zest to RUB on a small grater

Raisins, I also used the candied fruit, finely chopped.

Oil to bring down with sugar, add yolks.

Add lemon rind, chopped raisins and candied fruit, flour. Knead a tight dough.

Floured table, punch down dough and roll it with a minimum thickness of 5 mm. Molds to cut the figures and put on the laid baking paper baking sheet. Sprinkle it with sugar. Bake at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes, until cookies are lightly browned and are firm. Cool. To keep better in an airtight container.
