Has long wanted to make these profiteroles. They are just right for this contest. Is there fire and ice. But it's not time for baking. Choux pastry is done first. All who ate profiteroles endorsed my efforts.

Cooking
Ingredients - water, flour, eggs, butter, sugar, salt.
Pour water into a pot and put it on the stove on low heat. Add sugar and salt. To put butter.
As soon as the water boils, gradually pour in the flour and constantly stir. As soon as the mixture begins to fall from the walls of the pan, the dough is ready.
Dough to shift in a bowl and let it cool slightly.
Dough beat with a mixer and add one egg. ( I put to the batter four eggs ).
The form of grease and the batter lay on the cells. ( I filled in 15 cells ). Put the form in the hot oven for 15 - 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Profiteroles are very increased in size. Once they were ready I took them out of the oven. From the cold air profiteroles much settled.
Three pieces were baked separately. They were not removed from the oven to cool and they were big and plump..
This is a dessert of ice cream in three colors ( vanilla, strawberry and chocolate ). I used strawberry ice cream.
Cut the profiteroles and fill with ice cream, and in the middle put the strawberries.
Once all the profiteroles are filled, but only as needed.
