  • Cashews

    50 g

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Arugula

    50 g

  • Lettuce

Three carrots on a fine grater, cabbage shinkuem, orange cut into cube without partitions

Slightly crumple the Kale and carrots and pour sugar 0.5 tsp.

Mix cabbage, carrots, ruccola and orange. Make a sauce:grated ginger, juice of 1 orange, juice of 0.5 lemon and Kikkoman soy sauce.

A La carte salad build a salad, put our salad and pour the sauce and sprinkle with grated cashew.
