To prepare the salad, I used rice in bags for cooking "Mistral".
Put it to boil, meanwhile peel the celery from the hard gelecek on the outside of the stalk, cut obliquely. Grapes cut in half, remove the pits.
With orange remove the peel, cut into thin strips.
From the quarters of orange juice, add vinegar and olive oil. A little pinch of salt. Salad dressing is ready.
That's already boiled rice.
Mix it with celery, grapes, zest and seasoning. Spread the salad in the form, decorate with halves of grapes. Eat health!
