Coleslaw
The name simple products too. But the taste is unusual.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    400 g

  • Cucumber

    180 g

  • Onion

    180 g

  • Beans

    1 can

  • Oil corn

    4 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    2 pinch

Cooking

Cabbage finely chop.

Transfer to a bowl in which you make the salad. Slightly prisolit, grind by hand, but without fanaticism. Set aside.

Cut cucumbers into "barrels" for 2 cm and Then each piece cut into 8 parts. In the photo left and the "kegs" and what needs to happen in the end. Put in a separate bowl, lightly prisolit, mix well. Set aside.

Coriander grind in a mortar.

Chop the onion rings quarter.

In a pan pour 2 tbsp oil, fry the onions on medium heat until transparent. Add the coriander. Stir, simmer a couple of minutes. Increase the heat, add the sugar, soy sauce Kikkoman, vinegar 1 tbsp. with constant stirring to await the evaporation of the vinegar.

Drain beans in a colander and drain off liquid.

Squeeze the cucumbers (and to a slightly transparency).

Add to the cabbage and all other ingredients. Pour 1 tbsp vinegar and 2 tbsp oil. Mix well.
