Potato zrazy with mushrooms
These vegetable pancakes I made not only in lent, in my family love them very much, I hope you will like it. Participates in the contest "Fast from Moulinex"

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

Mushrooms boil in salted water 5 min. drain the Broth, we need it. Peel the potatoes and boil. When cooked, drain the water, crush, adding the mushroom soup.

Finely chop the onion and mushrooms, fry in vegetable oil. One part for stuffing, one for sauce.

Fry in a dry pan on both sides until Golden brown

For the sauce, take the remaining stuffing. In a pan fry the flour until Golden brown, add the mushrooms and mushroom soup, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Spread the noodles on a platter and pour the sauce thickly.
