Pumpkin with potatoes and onions
A simple dish with a simple name. Now, the deadline for storage of pumpkins grown on household plots and dachas. So is the way the recipe based on pumpkin. I submit it to the contest "Fast from Moulinex". From a specified set of products obtained by two large hearty portions.

Ingredients

  • Khmeli-suneli

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon peel

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon

    20 g

  • Onion

    150 g

  • Potatoes

    150 g

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Carnation

    2 piece

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Slice the vegetables.

Lightly fry the onion. Add the pumpkin and potatoes.

Cook until soft, adding in the process the water so it doesn't burn. Add salt, put Khmeli-suneli, cloves. To bring to readiness. (Photo muddy, because the hot air rises from the pan)

Until all cooked (don't forget to add water!), grate the lemon zest.

Add the peel and sliced lemon to the vegetables, again cover with a lid. There is no photo, because by adding lemon, you must immediately cover. After half a minute turn off the heat under the frying pan. Bon appetit!
