Honey-walnut gingerbread with raisins Lenten
Extremely tasty gingerbread. So I would say, but no less delicious from it. Porous and fragrant and alluring to eat another piece.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Brown sugar

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Jam

    4 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Carnation

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Instant coffee

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 cup

Cooking

Pour into a container of boiled water, add sugar and stir well

Add oil and honey, stir to dissolve honey. Next, add the coffee, jam and stir

We post all of our spices, baking powder and flour, beat with a mixer. Add the raisins ( not pre-soak), and not very finely chopped walnuts. Gently stir with a spatula. The dough is like thick cream

In the form lined with baking paper spread the dough and bake it in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 gr

Ready pie to grease with liquid honey, jam or sprinkled with powdered sugar
