Pelengas fried
I'll tell you how to not only pelengas fried, but and marinate :) turns out Delicious, we have over time gone :)

Ingredients

  • Pelengas

    1 piece

  • Milk

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

Here we have was fish :)

Fish cut these pieces into thin :) (the head and tail I send to CCS)

Fish pour the milk, squeeze out the lemon juice and allow to stand for an hour.

Then sprinkle with salt and pepper, allow to stand for 15-20 minutes. And then, as according to plan: dip in flour on both sides and fry in sunflower oil until Golden brown. Bon appetit :)
