Want to offer your own version of meatballs. With mushroom flavor, juicy and interesting.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Mushrooms

    800 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

300 g mushrooms clean and with onions and garlic grind food processor.

To this mixture, add ground pork, salt, pepper, add cooked rice, beat one egg. Stir.

Generated from minced round meat balls. Spread on oiled baking sheet (or baking dish).

The rest of the mushrooms clean and slice lengthwise, fry in vegetable oil along with the carrots (to grate on a coarse grater) and finely chopped onions.

Pour the mushroom mixture on the meatballs, add some water and in the oven for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 180*C.
