Marinated cauliflower
For fans of cauliflower. Very tasty and juicy. Quick way of cooking.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    2 kg

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Water

    1 l

  • Vinegar

    175 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    175 ml

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Divide cauliflower small florets. Rinse with cold water.

Carrots grate on a coarse grater.

Garlic finely chop.

Cabbage, carrots, and garlic mix together in a convenient container. I do it in the pan.

Prepare the brine. Water, sugar, salt, vinegar and oil put on the heat and wait for boil.

Just pour boiling brine the cabbage, put a small dent and leave for a day in a warm place.

Through the day we put the cabbage in the jar (with the pickle) and put into the fridge. Bon appetit!
