The recipe was lying in stock for a very long time, so today came in handy. My parents have a professional holiday and I decided to congratulate them with this fantastic dish.

Ingredients

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Coffee natural

    150 ml

  • Peach

    200 g

  • Gelatin

    12 g

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Dark chocolate

    10 g

Sheet gelatin soak in water for 10 minutes.
