Salad with pink radish with sunflower seeds and Apple
The radish is part of many minerals and vitamins. It has antibacterial and antimicrobial properties. Therefore, a salad of radish is very useful in the winter and early spring. As radish is very rich in fiber, and salad made it a real "whisk", which will sweep from our body of all unwanted toxins. Also in combination with Apple, this salad will not only juicy, but soft to the taste. And toasted sunflower seeds give it an interesting spin.

  • Radish

  • Carrots

  • Spinach

    0.5 coup

  • Green onions

    0.5 coup

  • Greens

  • Sunflower seeds

    2 Tbsp

  • Pumpkin seeds

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

- prepared foods, radish and Apple cleaned;

- choose specially pink radish, because it is not bitter, very juicy and bright, making the salad turns out elegant;

- grate the radish on a coarse grater;
