Description
The cooking principle is the same as "French Meat", only with potatoes. It turns out tasty dinner, and on the holiday table to put shame.

Cooking
Meat cut into pieces and repel like chops, salt, pepper and put on oiled pan to coat the bottom. Cut the onion (as you like) and sprinkle the meat.
Next layer the tomatoes thin slices.
Cut thin slices the potatoes, mix with sour cream (in my case, mayonnaise), salt and pepper and spread the next layer.
Spread the mushrooms and tomato.
Again the potato, only with a capsicum and chilli pepper (to taste). Put in a preheated 180 degree oven. Cooking time depends on the oven, I put 40 minutes.
15 minutes before readiness sprinkle with cheese.
