Pickled peppers
The recipe for these delicious pickled peppers shared my friend. For several years we open these jars and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    1 kg

  • Water

    1 l

  • Salt

    4 tsp

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    200 ml

  • Black pepper

    4 piece

Cooking

Pepper wash, remove seeds, cut into pieces

In a pot pour water to boil, add salt, sugar, allspice, vinegar.

Pepper to throw in the marinade for a few seconds, remove with a slotted spoon into a bowl and then place in cans.

Marinade to bring again to the boil and pour pepper marinade, close the jars and wrap in an old blanket to cool down.
