Spicy peanut butter cookie, burnt sugar
The recipe was invented by myself, because I wanted something from brown sugar and it was too expensive. Cookies even and sandy, but soft. But if you make small cookies, it will crackle. I also used cinnamon and ginger, which gives additional shade.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Milk

    30 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    115 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Nuts

    1 handful

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

To start making sugar: pour it in a cast iron skillet and bring to pokharichauri (about 5 minutes, sugar will melt and become brown), then put in separate bowl - get these easy caramel crumbly crystals.

Grind the crystals in a coffee grinder (I have them and with a hammer smashed, was still large crystals).

Nuts fry in the same pan, where was a sugar and grind in a coffee grinder into crumbs. Add the cinnamon and ginger.

Flour mixed with salt and soda, and milk separately, beat the egg (with a fork).

Soft butter vzbit with sugar, add the egg mixture and flour.

Stir in the nuts with spices. Arrange the biscuits separate hills at a distance from each other (I made big, they came out soft). Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
