Yogurt cake with honeysuckle
Mild, tart cake. You can use any berries. I had a honeysuckle, and that went into stroke :)

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    70 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Gelatin

    1 pack

  • Water

    5 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    450 g

  • Honeysuckle

    350 g

1. Yolk vzbit in foam with hot water and sugar. Separately beat the protein and add to the yolk with water.

2. Flour mixed with baking powder, sift into the egg mixture, mix well.
