Mushroom sauce for empanadas
Very tasty dish - Pancakes and spring rolls - tastes twice as good, but if the sauce is mmmmmm... help yourself, dear cooks pancakes stuffed with minced meat with mushroom sauce.

  • Dry white wine

So, it all starts with pancakes. :) Knead the dough and bake pancakes. This process is described by me among my recipes: http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/100 957/ so we have a pile of pancakes ;)

Prepare the filling: Fry chopped onions in a hot pan with vegetable oil Oleina. Add the beef and, stirring carefully, fry with onions. Add a piece of butter, mix well and heat well till the oil clears. To prisolit to taste.
