Cooking
So, it all starts with pancakes. :) Knead the dough and bake pancakes. This process is described by me among my recipes: http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/100 957/ so we have a pile of pancakes ;)
Prepare the filling: Fry chopped onions in a hot pan with vegetable oil Oleina. Add the beef and, stirring carefully, fry with onions. Add a piece of butter, mix well and heat well till the oil clears. To prisolit to taste.
Prepare the sauce: Fry the onion in vegetable oil until transparent Oleina. Add the mushrooms and fry with onions. Add the wine, mix well. Waiting for when I leave the smell of alcohol, add the cream and boil well. To prisolit to taste.
Wrap stuffing in pancakes and pancakes a little lightly fry, only to have the ends sealed and our pancakes turned around. Serve with mushroom sauce.
