Salad of marinated eggplant
Very simple to prepare but tasty and healthy since the eggplant reduces the level of cholesterol in the blood. A pleasant variety to the winter table.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cilantro

    2 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Marinated eggplant cut into cubes of 0.5 - 0.7 see

Two cloves of garlic finely chop and add to eggplant.

Mix 2 tbsp mayonnaise with 1 tbsp. of soy sauce.

Mix the eggplant, garlic, seasoning and add the coriander.
