When you are in full prazosinem time, and my husband's birthday and he wants to please his fancy, romantic evening, turns out here so :-)
Ingredients

Cooking
The meat is cut into plates 2 x 5 x 1 cm Pour soy sauce. Marinade for about half an hour.
Coat plates of meat in starch.
Fry in hot oil to a delicious crisp.
Meat put in a deep frying pan. To it add the cucumber, Pochinkovsky on the Korean grater (can be on normal, large).
Cover with the sauce. I took a couple of bottles. Of course, you can make your own from tomato paste, starch, salt, garlic and chilli. But my time was running out.
Actually, warmed up for 10 minutes and our meat is ready :-)
