Cooking
Mix all dry ingredients, add eggs, gradually pour in the milk, knead the dough. Last add the oil, mix, let the dough "rest" for 20 minutes.
Warm a pan and bake pancakes.
Wash the strawberries, add sugar and blend, then add lemon juice.
Soak gelatine in a little cold water for 10 minutes. Then bring to boil (but not boil) on low heat, cool, and pour into strawberry puree.
Cream whip. When the strawberry mixture starts to congeal, add whipped cream.
Mashed potatoes place in a pastry bag with a wide nozzle.
Every pancake rolled into a cone and fill it with strawberry souffle. Bon appetit!
