Cupcake with cranberries and raisins
This cake always reminds me of the approaching holidays. Cranberry adds to this cupcake a nice acidity, orange peel and fresh citrus scent. And most importantly, will handle even the young mistress.

Ingredients

  • Orange zest

    1 tsp

  • Cranberry

    1.25 cup

  • Raisins

    1.25 cup

  • Orange juice

    0.75 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

Cooking

Heat the oven to 180 degrees. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, soda, salt. Prepare the remaining ingredients.

To flour mixture add softened butter and RUB into crumbs.

Then add the juice, egg, orange zest and stir.

To the dough add the washed raisins and cranberries, stir gently.

Put the dough in the form, greased and bake at 180 degrees until cooked.
