Potato zrazy in Japanese, or korroke is a popular Japanese fast food dish that can cook themselves at home.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Minced meat

    150 g

  • Potatoes

    300 g

  • Green onions

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    50 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Lettuce

Cooking

Boil the potatoes in the usual way, drain off the broth and mash with a potato masher, set aside to cool.
