Cheese pie with pears
Under ripe pears, you expect cheese and berry treat.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    180 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Semolina

    80 g

  • Baking powder

    1 tsp

  • Pudding vanilla

    1 pack

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Mascarpone

    250 g

  • Berry

    150 g

  • Pear

    3 piece

Separate eggs into whites and yolks. Proteins vzbit in a solid foam with a pinch of salt.

Soft butter room temperature beat with a mixer. Gradually add the sugar. Add the egg yolks and beat well.

From lemons to remove the zest and squeeze the juice. Semolina, baking powder and vanilla powder pudding mix. Add the zest and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.

Curd and mascarpone add to the mass, stir.

Gradually add the beaten egg whites and gently stir with a spoon. From top to bottom.

Form to cover with paper and put half of the cheese-cream mass. On top sprinkle 2 tbsp of frozen berries. Add the second part of the curd mass. Flatten.

Pears cut into quarters, remove the core.

Spread the pears on the cheese, a little push and sprinkle with remaining berries.

Cake bake for 60 minutes at 180C°. Well cooling. Out of shape to take out and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
