Cake with lemon
Very easy to prepare, but outrageously delicious pie for tea.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Lemon

    1.5 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

Everything is prepared quickly, so immediately put to heat the oven at 180-200 degrees. And mix the butter, sour cream, baking soda and salt.

Add flour, knead the dough. Divide it into 2 parts: 1/3 and 2/3.

More than half of the rolled thickness of 1 cm and put into the form, usually the pan (I took all the ingredients in 2 times more, and was prepared at protine). A smaller part of the rolled thickness of 0.5 cm.

When the larger layer of dough is in the form, and less has been smoothed out, only then start making the stuffing! Grind a lemon along with the peel (after removing all the bones). If the old-fashioned way, then its three on a grater, but, fortunately, technological progress does not stand still, and now we have the blenders and harvesters =) Mix the lemon and sugar filling is ready =)

Spread the filling on the dough in the form, leaving a couple of inches at the edges to wrap.

Cover lower half, carefully wrap and fasten the edges together.

Make the middle hole with a five-kopeck coin and put into the oven for about 30 minutes.

Take out when it's cooked and has a crumbly consistency. Allow to cool and cut the pie warm, to keep the stuffing from spreading. Bon appetit! =)
