Description

Fritters of chickpea flour with green peas (vegetable )
Another lean, but no less tasty dish. Prepared simply and quickly, but it's delicious.

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas flour

    1 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Green peas

    1 cup

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Green onions

  • Dill

  • Chili

    0.5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Peas blanch in boiling water. Drain and slightly mash with a fork.

While the peas are cooling, take up the preparation of the test. Mix gram flour, salt, ginger and chopped chili pepper.

To flour mixture, stirring constantly, pour a thin stream of water, mix well.

Add the cooled green beans, chopped green onions and dill. Mix well and leave for 30 minutes.

Bake pancakes on a heated with oil pan on each side until Golden brown. Put the finished fritters on a napkin in order for it to absorb the excess oil. Serve hot with vegetables, although they too cold delicious!
