Cooking
Chicken fillet pepper and salt to taste, sprinkle with oil and 1 tbsp of soy sauce. Place in refrigerator to marinate for 1 hour.
Fillets fry on the grill or pan until cooked. Let cool slightly, then grind in a blender.
Cheese and garlic RUB on a small grater.
To the chicken add the cheese, garlic, 1 tbsp soy sauce and ketchup, stir until smooth. Roll into balls size of a walnut. I got 12 pieces.
With a whisk beat the egg. In one plate pour the flour; in another, the breadcrumbs. The balls, first roll them in flour, then dip in egg and roll in breadcrumbs.
Vegetable oil pour into a deep pot with a layer of at least 8-10 cm and heat to 160 degrees (on average it takes about 4 minutes). Fry the balls until Golden brown, then place them on paper towels.
