This is a wonderful recipe suitable for all lovers of schokolade, or pancakes, or just sweet. Cooked very quickly, and looks beautiful and festive.

0.5 cup

Powdered sugar
2 tsp

Milk
2 cup

Cream
2 Tbsp

Sour cream
5 Tbsp
Cooking
Prepare the dough. Mix cocoa, sugar and eggs. I kicked blender.
Add milk, melted butter, flour and powdered sugar.
I like to fry the pancakes, that they were soft, with the crusts cut off on the edges, so they are better soaked with cream)
While frying the pancakes, make the cream. Mix sour cream, cocoa, sugar and dry cream.
Each pancake grease cream immediately before it gets cold, and fold in on each other.
So it turns out the cake in the cut. Bon appetit)
