A useful side dish or just vegetable fritters
Vitamins and more vitamins! Oh, what a delicious and beautiful! And what flavor!

Ingredients

  • Beans

    100 g

  • Zucchini

    150 g

  • Eggplant

    150 g

  • Cauliflower

    100 g

  • Broccoli

    100 g

  • Pepper

    100 g

  • Green peas

    50 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Sauce

    3 tsp

Cooking

All the vegetables are finely diced.

Fill them with boiling water and cover for 10 mins.

Cheese finely chop or grate.

Eggs slightly vzbit.

Drain water from vegetables and add the peas.

Add to vegetables, cheese, eggs, flour, spices and all mix well. The consistency will get a little stretching. But not much.

Preheat the frying pan and fry our pancakes over moderate heat.

I want to add that when I found the recipe, it is advised to use a frozen vegetable mix 500 gr. I decided to use fresh vegetables. Still think the recipe is good because you can improvise and put any vegetables that you like! So, girls and boys, cook and enjoy the great vegetable taste and vitamins! Bon Appetit! P. S. I added the sauce: take the sour cream (50 g), dill (0.5 beam) and a pair of tsp wostershire sauce. It turned out delicious :)
