Bread with olives
I've been wanting to try the bread with olives and so decided to experiment. Recipes were not looking, was a complete improvisation. Was pleased with the result. Maybe bread will appeal to you.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Olives

    100 g

  • Water

    4 Tbsp

  • Broth

    200 ml

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Oat flour

    0.75 cup

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

Cooking

Water mixed with 0.5 tsp. of sugar and yeast. Leave for 15 minutes. Onion cut into half rings and fry a little.

Olives cut into 4 parts.

In a Cup pour the oatmeal, add the olives and fried onions. Pour the yeast and broth and stir.

Add the salt and remaining sugar. Podsypaya flour, knead the dough (a bit sticky).

A Cup with the dough cover and leave in a warm place for 1.5 hours.

The oven is heated to 220 degrees. From the coming up of the dough to form the bread and put it on a greased baking sheet. Bake bread about 40 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
