Swiss Apple pie
Apple pies to "Cook" a lot, but this unusual way of cooking I have not found. This is a delicate pudding Apple pie recipe which I found on the website "Feed Petersburg" and tested with your changes.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    3 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Raisins

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1.2 tsp

  • Salt

  • Apple

    3 piece

Butter freeze. Apples peel and cut into small slices. Mix apples, 1 egg, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp flour, 3 tbsp milk, raisins.

The rest of the milk boil and cook for 8-10 minutes semolina. Salt them a bit. Cool.

Beat 2 eggs, sugar (I added a little more than stated in the recipe), cream (or sour cream), cinnamon (or vanilla). Since I have was sour cream, the mixture was watery. Had to add a little flour until the consistency of thick cream.

Mix the Apple filling with semolina. Spread in a greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs form.

Spread on top the dough.

RUB on a coarse grater pre-frozen butter. Attention! 4 tbsp was a lot. Butter melted, was leaking and began to burn. Because of this, spoil the appearance of the pie and my mood. I recommend to take a smaller amount of oil or reject it completely.

Bake at T=200 degrees for about 45 minutes (the recipe is 30-35 minutes, but it took me longer). Pay attention! The consistency of the cake remained pudding, but the taste is very pleasant and gentle. My family liked the pie. Serve fully cooled. Bon appetit!!!
