Cooking
Take cold butter, cut into chunks, put in a bowl of a food processor, add sugar and cold eggs.
Take the baking powder and the vanilla sugar, I have "Dr. Oetker".
I have baking powder with vanilla, so vanilla separately did not put. Put in the bowl of a kitchen processor: flour, salt, baking powder and crushed pistachios. Mix all in the mode of pulsation.
In the end we get a soft elastic dough. Wrap it in clingfilm and put in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Take baking molds baskets. Take the dough out of the fridge. You can then roll out the dough, cut out circles larger than the diameter of the molds and distribute the dough on the molds. But I found it easier just to pinch off pieces of dough and spread on cake tins. Get 10 pieces. The molds with the dough again put for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Take out the molds with the dough, pinned the bottom with a fork. Put inside a load on the baking paper (beans, peas, cereals). Put the molds in a heated to 200 degrees oven and bake until tender, 20 minutes.
Get ready the baskets, allow them to cool.
Prepare the filling. In a water bath, put a bowl with cream and white chocolate, heated, mix thoroughly until smooth.
Add in chocolate, shredded coconut, stir.
Put a spoonful of chocolate filling inside the baskets.
On top of the chocolate, put the red currant berries (any sour grapes), optional sprinkle of crushed pistachios. Put baskets in the cold to harden the chocolate. All the best in the New year!
