Vegetable salad with chicken and beans
A hearty and delicious salad of boiled chicken and beans

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    500 g

  • Green beans

    150 g

  • Beans

    300 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sunflower oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

Cooking

Cooked chicken cut into small pieces

Bulgarian pepper to clear of seeds, cut into thin strips

Carrots grind in a blender or a fine grater and fry them together with the pepper over high heat, stirring constantly, adding 2 tbsp of sunflower oil

Green beans fry in 2 tbsp sunflower oil

From can of beans to drain the water

Mix all ingredients (can be a bit of beans to leave for decoration: green and and canned - optional), mayonnaise, salt, pepper

Spread on a flat dish, sprinkle with chopped greens and garnish as desired.
