My husband loves Asian cuisine, so for a romantic dinner I decided to cook something easy, however satisfying and with Asian influences. In the notebook was a recipe for baked carp in Asian style, the author dolphy-tv - for which she thanks a lot! Slightly changed the sauce and cooked the dish. The fish turned out juicy, with a very interesting aroma and flavor, however the taste of the carp was not clogged. Try?

Cooking
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. The fish is cleaned of scales and entrails, rinse well, dry it, make a few incisions on both sides.
Form for baking grease 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Fish salt and brush with remaining oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds - the amount depends on your taste. Put in oven for 45 minutes - it took me 40 minutes.
Pepper remove seeds and chop. Ginger cut into thin strips, pre-clearing of the skin.
Put in a saucepan the ginger and pepper, pour soy sauce, add vinegar and bring to a boil, cook for a few minutes. To taste, add sugar or not to add it altogether, cover and set aside.
Put the fish on a dish, pour the sauce, sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve!
