Very cheesy casserole with rice
Today's my first anniversary on the Pillsbury website. This is my 100th recipe. All cheese lovers are advised to try this casserole. Hearty, tasty and very cheesy!!!

Ingredients

    1 cup

  • Mozzarella

    100 g

  • Cream cheese

    50 g

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Sundried tomatoes

    5 piece

  • Pepper

    0.25 piece

  • Ham

    100 g

  • Parsley

    2 sprig

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

In boiling, salted water to cook 1 Cup of rice Orient from Mistral, until almost cooked.

Ham cut into thin strips.

Bell pepper and sun-dried tomatoes cut into very small cubes.

Mozzarella cut into large cubes.

Egg, milk, grated hard cheese (I had Swiss) and cream cheese (my greens) and mix with a fork.

Rice, vegetables, mozzarella, chopped parsley mix with 2/3 of the egg-cheese filling. Pepper and salt as desired.

The form of good butter, put rice and pour the remaining filling. Put in preheated oven to 200 degrees and bake for 30-40 minutes until Golden brown. Be sure to serve very hot, yet delicious mozzarella stretches.
