Cabbage rolls baked in adjika
I offer a variation of stuffed cabbage - cabbage rolls with two fillings. This recipe you will surprise not only children, but also guests. Help yourselves, friends!

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    8 piece

  • Adjika

    200 ml

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Shallots

    5 piece

  • Salt

  • Mashed potatoes

    5 Tbsp

  • Minced chicken

    300 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Bread

    1 slice

  • Shallots

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

For the filling No. 1: Carrots cut into thin long strips, onion rings, add 2 tbsp oil and fry until Golden brown.

Then add soy sauce, pepper and salt, if needed.

In the end, add bread, soaked in water and crumbled by hand.

Cabbage leaves blanched in salted water for 2-3 minutes. Cool.

To the cooled cabbage leaf spread 1-2 tbsp of the mince, flatten it.

Cover it with another cabbage leaf, and closer to the edge, put the filling of potatoes and vegetables.

Do the same with the remaining ingredients. Rolls up into a baking dish, cover with cheese and put in preheated to 200 degrees oven for 45 minutes. Delicious, both hot and cold. Bon appetit!
