Pasties with meat and rice
I wanted pasties, but was not enough ground beef to feed the whole family...

Ingredients

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Water

  • Vodka

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Minced meat

    200 g

  • Figure

    200 g

  • Greens

  • Seasoning

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Boiled rice mixed with minced meat, herbs and spices. Add the egg. Knead.

I minced a little watery, so I added two tablespoons of semolina.

The dough: half of the flour, pour boiling water, knead well, to avoid lumps. Add the oil, vodka, egg, salt and the remaining flour. Knead well, if you stick to hands - add more flour. Put them in the bag and in the fridge for an hour, no less. After cooling, removed from the refrigerator, divide into balls and roll out thin tortillas.

Fry in a pan in hot vegetable oil on both sides, turning occasionally.
