Tiramisu with ricotta, walnuts and cinnamon
Did at the celebration for the mom and all the guests were happy. It's more of a diet version of this delicate dessert, but no less delicious! For the recipe thank you DolceVita!

Ingredients

  • Egg white

    114 g

  • Sugar

  • Yolk egg

    76 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

  • Ricotta

    500 g

  • Yogurt

    250 g

  • Sugar

  • Hazelnuts

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Coffee natural

    100 ml

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

Cooking

Proteins separated from the yolks. Begin whisking the whites on a slow speed, then increase it and add sugar 1 tbsp at a time, whisk until stable peaks. Slightly beat the egg yolks, parts are added to proteins, stir gently with a whisk (the mixture should be airy).
