Gratin of potatoes
The dish of potatoes I found in my notebook :) in my journal GROCERY store... not complex products, which are always at hand and very hearty and tasty dish :)

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1.5 kg

  • Cream

    500 ml

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Nutmeg

    1 tsp

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Greens

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

Cooking

Potatoes wash and peel, very FINELY chopped

Add to the potatoes with finely chopped greens

Cream bring to a boil adding salt+pepper+nutmeg and cool slightly

Preheat the oven to 150 gr. form grease with oil, put potatoes and pour cream

Potatoes place a layer of thinly sliced tomato, sprinkle or squeeze the garlic

Then all covered with greens finely chopped ( I had dried)

Put it in the oven for 40 minutes

After the time to pull the potatoes from the oven and sprinkle with finely grated cheese to increase the temperature to 200 gr. and put in the oven for 10-15 minutes and bake until Golden brown
