Bulgur with vegetables and meatballs
Budget recipe of bulgur, vegetables and meatballs. The dish is very hearty and delicious! A great option for a hearty lunch or dinner for family or a large company.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    600 g

  • Bulgur

    1 cup

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Curry

    0.5 tsp

  • Cumin

    0.25 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Green peas

    100 g

  • Green beans

    100 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    2 pinch

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

Cooking

Mixed minced meat (pork+beef) seasoned with salt and pepper, roll into balls.

1 tbsp vegetable oil to fry meat balls until light blush. Put half the meatballs on a platter.

In a pan pour 2 tbsp of vegetable oil, cut the feathers onions and julienne carrots, sauté 5 min. until soft. Add ground cumin and curry powder, mix well.

Pour bulgur TM "Mistral".

Pour about 2-2,5 cups of boiling water, season with salt and pepper.

Add to bulgur semi-meatballs. Cook on low heat 15 min.

Add the frozen peas (I had a mixture of peas and carrots).

Also add the frozen green beans. Cook together for another 5-10 min.

The finished dish sprinkle with chopped parsley. Bon appetit!!
