Cooking
Soak the chickpeas for 12 hours in water with the addition of one teaspoon of baking soda.
In the morning, began to cook. Washed the soaked chickpeas under running water and set to boil for an hour. 40 minutes later add a tea spoon of baking soda and cook for another 20 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the rest of our ingredients.
Cut the smaller mushrooms and pour half the oil into the pan. Fry the mushrooms on high heat to keep out the water. When it becomes Golden, remove them to the side
Finely chop onions, diced, cut carrots and peppers and stew everything under a lid in the same oil in which you fried the mushrooms, until cooked.
Recline the cooked chickpeas in a colander. Pour rest of the oil in the cauldron on the big fire to fry the chickpeas, stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and vegetables from the pan. Salt, pepper. Add the dill. Mix everything together and simmer for another 10 minutes on low heat. Everything is ready. Serve with pickles. Bon appetit! Thank you for your attention.
