Muffins with bacon
I love cupcakes, and my husband is the bacon. And muffins with bacon loves especially. Though I don't like bacon, but I love muffins. And my husband loves cupcakes but loves bacon. No logic, nonsense any. All eaten, fingers licked, crumbs wet fingers gathered and eaten. Delicious!

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour pancake

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    280 ml

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    85 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Bacon

    5 piece

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

Cooking

Pour the vinegar into the milk and leave for 20 minutes.

Add oil and eggs. Mix well.

Connect in a bowl the flour, baking powder and sugar.

Add the milk-egg mixture. Stir until smooth.

On a dry pan fry the bacon. Dry, finely chop. To chop the cilantro.

Add bacon and greens to the batter, mix well.

Put the dough in molds. Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. To cool down a bit. Bon appetit!
