Chocolate and butter to melt on low heat (or in a water bath).
Remove from the heat. Allow to cool to room temperature and add sugar and vanilla.

Then cover with the second part and re-lubricate with cream.
Chocolate cut into thin shavings (or grated). Sprinkle the dessert. In the centre place a truffle (I have a homemade recipe Svetik (Svetlana g980), I advise you to try her sweets "Truffles"!)) or any round candy. It remains only to put the dessert in the fridge to cool and you can drink tea!! ))) If for some reason you don't like cheese, can cream to prepare whipped cream with sugar and gelatin. The sour cream then it is better to take 20%. Also would be delicious! )) By the way, this dessert is good without the cream! )) Especially if its warm to eat!! )) Try it, You'll like it!! )))
