Description
This is one of our family pies, which we bake not only for holidays, but when the whole family gathers together. The recipe is one of the variants of the Prague cake. It just melts in your mouth, and will not leave anyone indifferent. A rich chocolate flavor, perfectly combined with light cream, will make you take another piece!

Cooking
Beat the eggs with salt and vanilla sugar
Add to eggs and condensed milk, beat well. Add soda, quenched with vinegar
Then add cocoa, then flour, constantly whisking the dough, to avoid lumps. The batter should be similar to the consistency of thick custard
Take a baking pan, lay the parchment and grease with sunflower oil very thin layer. Pour the dough. Bake until cooked in the oven at 180 degrees
Prepare the cream. Sour cream and cream mix well with icing sugar, add lemon juice. Put in the refrigerator while the cake baked and cooled
Once the cake has cooled a bit, cut it into 2-3 layers. I got 2, because I used the form in diameter 28 cm
Generously grease cream on the bottom layer of the cake
Bananas cut into oblong rings of medium thickness and is tightly spread on the bottom layer
Covered cream upper Korzh. Decorate with berries. You can optionally sprinkle with grated chocolate or sugar balls
