Pork tenderloin with cheese sauce
Quick, easy, delicious. And what else does during the holidays, so when you do not want to have to stand at the stove. Recipe taken from the book in the series "Good food ".

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 cup

  • Cumin

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Dutch cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

The meat, season with cumin, pepper, pour soy sauce and leave for 2-3 hours, turning occasionally. Black cumin can be replaced by simple, but in smaller amounts, or any other spices.

Oil heat and fry the meat on all sides.

To shift in form. Mix cheese, mustard, cream and brandy. Apply the mixture on the meat.

Bake at t= 220 for about 30-40 min. Let stand 5-10 minutes to rest the meat and juice when cut does not drip.
