Buns on the beer
The recipe for the disposal of beer that stood in my refrigerator for over a week. The rolls have a dense, with a light beer flavor. The dough, somewhere between shortcrust and flaky. Source of recipe website Cook. Thanks to the author!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Beer

    300 ml

Sift in bowl the flour, baking powder, salt,sugar and mix well. Pour in oil, mix again

The beer pour a little (may take less than 300 ml)

The dough should be elastic but not tight. Divide the dough into 8 parts

To form the buns. In the middle to make an incision,to lubricate with water. Preheat the oven to 210 deg. down to put a pan with water. Bake buns 25 minutes (I baked longer)
