How to feed millet gruel? I did that today! For dessert I made candy. They ended immediately before tea... And nobody realized that they were out of the ordinary millet and semolina. Tasty and healthy!

Cooking
Ingredients. Millet, semolina, cocoa, sugar, chocolate, nuts (I used walnuts, but can be any), lemon peel, dried apricot (or dried apricots) and water.
Manna groats (I used the semolina from the "Mistral") pour boiling water so that water just covers it. I did it in the Cup. Cover. Leave for 10 minutes.
Apricots wash and also fill with boiling water. After they become soft, grind them in a blender to a pulp.
Millet (I have a Millet gold from the "Mistral") wash well until the water is completely transparent. Fill with water (250ml), add the sugar and cook until tender.
Ready porridge mix with apricots, semolina, lemon zest and cocoa. Then all grind well in a blender.

Wet hands formed candy. Put them in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Grind nuts and chocolate.
Chilled candy coat the part in nuts, some in chocolate. You can substitute chocolate to take the powdered sugar with cocoa. Candy is ready! I was served with hot milk and tea.
