Ice cream with blue cheese and walnuts
I prepared this ice cream for the New year. Friends failed to recognize it.)) The only nuts themselves just issued.)) Ice cream is very tasty and does not require mixing, so as not kristallizuetsya in the process of freezing. The sweetness and piquancy to better regulate themselves, to taste, sugar and cheese.

Ingredients

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Walnuts

    80 g

  • Cream

    350 g

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Blue cheese

    100 g

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

In a pan melt the sugar with the lemon juice.

Put pears and walnuts to the pan to sugar. Fry until soft and complete evaporation of the liquid.

When the mixture become a caramel taste and aroma, put it in a blender and grind to puree state.

Beat slightly the egg yolks with the white sugar.

Put on fire cream, as soon as they start to boil, remove them from heat and in a thin stream, stirring constantly to combine with the yolks. Put the mixture on fire and stir, bring it to thick.

Add to creamy mass of sliced cheese, and stir to melt it. The mixture is cool.

To the pear and nut mixture, add the grated cottage cheese through a sieve, and honey. Mix thoroughly.

In the cooled cream mixture, add the pear and walnut a lot, well all together to mix well. At this stage you can adjust the sweetness of ice-cream, if needed.

Pour into a container and put into the freezer for 5-6 hours. Ready ice cream let stand for 10 minutes at room temperature and remove the sample. Bon appetit!
